FAQ:

Purchase of an official photo op does not include entry into the event. That must be purchased separately. Please arrive at the official photo op area l 15 minutes prior to your scheduled photo op time.  Up to 3 adults may be in a purchased photo.  Please note a purchase of an official photo op is a very fast process to keep the line wait to a minimum.  The photo op typically lasts 20-30 seconds, maximum.  THIS IS NOT A MEET & GREET.  Our guests are available for most of the event times at their booths for conversation.  Please keep track of your photo op time. This will NOT be rescheduled if you miss your time, and no refunds are available unless a guest cancels their appearance.
